Thank you for shopping with Rusty Roo's Prints! Each print is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
